摘要 介绍一种新型多用辐射剂量测量水箱,应用该水箱可以模拟放射治疗中病人呼吸引起的组织或肿瘤深度变化的实际情况并进行剂量测量,从而获得该病人放疗时的“组织深度波动因子”用来校正放疗时肿瘤或组织的吸收剂量,使治疗时的肿瘤吸收剂量更准确以提高治疗效果。 This paper introduces a new irradiation dose measuring waterphantom which can simulate the change of tissue depth caused by respiration. Using this waterphantom, the tissue depth waving factor can be measured which can be used for dose correction to make the absorbed dose more accurate and to improve the effect of radiotherapy.
