总结我科三种输血方法的准确性与先进性。用试管法与戴安娜(DianaGel)卡式检测法对血型鉴定的准确性和抗体筛查、抗体鉴定试验进行临床比较。戴安娜卡式检测法的检测结果重复性好,准确性高。戴安娜卡式检测法是一种准确的检测方法,应作为常规的红细胞血型血清学检测技术应用于临床。
This paper summarizes the accuracy and the advancement of three kind of bloods transfusion methods.and compares the clinical results with the test tube law and DianaGel sieves. The DianaGel card examination has good duplication and high accuracy. It is suitable for clinic as the conventional red blood cell blood - group serology examination technology.
