摘要
采用电凝聚法处理桉木CTMP废水,考察了电解质、电压、电流、反应时间等对废水色度和CODCr去除率的影响。通过实验得到最佳反应条件:曝气条件下,NaCl用量1 g/L、电压7.5 V、电流0.6 A和反应时间40 min,废水的脱色率达90%以上,CODCr去除率近40%。
Treament of eucalyptus CTMP wastewater by using electro-coagulation method was studied, the main influencing factors such as electrolyte, sodium chloride dosage, voltage, current and reaction time were investigated. The optimum condition was obtained and the results showed that the color removal rate is above 90% and CODCr removal rate is about 40% with aeration condition and sodium chloride dosage 1 g/L, voltage 7.5V, current 0.6A and reaction time as 40 min.
