摘要
对木聚糖酶在纸浆漂白中应用的研究现状进行了较全面的总结和评述。系统地评述了半纤维素在制浆过程中其结构的变化,木聚糖酶与其他漂序相结合对漂白结果的影响,木聚糖酶中纤维素酶对纸浆性能的影响,木聚糖酶中内切木聚糖酶、木糖苷酶以及纤维素酶中内切葡聚糖酶、外切葡聚糖酶和纤维二糖酶对纸浆性能的影响,提出适合于纸浆漂白的木聚糖酶的组成。同时对木聚糖酶的助漂机理进行了总结。
The present situation of research on utilization of xylanases in pulp biobleaching was reviewed in detail. The changes of the structure of hemicelluloses in pulping processes, the effect of using xylanase and other chemical reagents such as oxygen, hydrogen peroxide and ozone, etc. on the bleaching result, the effects of cellulases contained in xylanases on bleaching performance of the pulp, the effects of endo-xylanase and xylosidase in xylanase system, endoglucanase, extroglucannase and cellobiase in cellulase system on bleaching properties of the pulp were systematically reviewed, and the composition of xylanases particularly suitable for pulp biobleaching was suggested. The mechanism of enzyme-aided bleaching was summarized.
