摘要 细胞凋亡作为生物细胞对内外信号刺激的一种反应,在正常细胞的发育过程中精确调控细胞的死亡过程,凋亡的产生可能由不同的生理、生化或/和有毒物质诱发。细胞增殖和细胞凋亡之间的平衡在器官发育及其大小维持方面起重要作用;肿瘤的发生与正常的细胞凋亡过程被抑制,破坏了细胞增殖与凋亡之间的平衡有一定关系。用药物(如阿蒂霉素)诱导肝癌细胞凋亡,可达到抑制肝癌细胞分裂的效果,治疗肿瘤。联合用药可以大大提高疗效。肝癌的基因治疗是一项新技术,已有报道多个基因诱导肝癌细胞凋亡。 Cell apoptosis as a response for cells to internal or external signals controls accurately the death program of cell development. Apoptosis maybe be induced by differential physiological, biochemical or poisonous materials. The balance between cell proliferation and apoptosis is essential for the development and maintenance of normal organs. The occurrence of cancers is purportedly due to the inhibition of normal apoptosis process, which caused the imbalance between cell proliferation and apoptosis. Some drugs (e. g. adriamycin, doxorubicin, propolis) can induce apoptosis, repress the division of liver cancer cells and thus treat cancers. Combination of drugs can increase the pharmacotherapeutic effect on liver cancers. The gene therapeutics to liver cancer is a new technique. It has been reported that multigenes can induce apoptosis in liver cancers.
