摘要
针对我国当前地产市场发展的不平衡状态,本文对我国15个副省级城市以及4个直辖市进行地域差异与分等研究,通过建立指标体系,采用加权求和法和比较分析法,将这19个城市分为4个等级,为地方政府及时调整基准地价、国家制定土地有偿使用的宏观调控政策提供依据。
Aimed at the unbalance condition of the real estate market in our country, this paper is studying on grading the land of 15 vice-province cities and 4 municipalities directly under the central government,in order to provide the basis for government to formulate the macroscopic policy of urban land with compensation use. Weighed addition and comparative analysis methods were used to grade the land of 19 cities with the result of 4 grades.
