Continuing Education forward Innovation Capacity Building in CAS

21世纪是知识经济时代,知识、技能与能力成为创新发展的前提和基础。本文分析了当前继续教育与培训在提高创新能力、服务组织目标方面的作用,介绍了中科院继续教育工作在围绕知识创新工程总体目标、服务于创新人才培养方面的主要进展,最后阐述了创新三期面向创新能力建设、加强继续教育与培训工作的战略思考、政策设计与推进措施。

Knowledge, skill and capability are the prerequisite and foundation for innovation and development at the era of knowledge economy. This paper discusses the role of continuing education on building innovation capacity and serving organization vision. The authors present the progress of continuing education in CAS＇s Knowledge Innovation Project and its human resources management. The strategic consideration, policy design and promotion step of continuing education forward innovation capacity building are proposed at last.
