应重视风湿病的个体化治疗

Individualized therapy in treatment of rheumatic diseases

摘要 近20年来,随着对风湿病发病机制及临床研究的不断深入,其治疗方法亦日趋成熟和规范,这些疾病的完全缓解率也不断提高.风湿病多为“不治之症”的概念已成为过去.但是,由于国内对这些疾病的认识相对滞后,临床上仍有大量患者未得到及时的正确治疗,并因此而迁延不愈或致残,甚至危及生命.事实上,许多临床研究已经证明,经规范的个体化治疗,大多数风湿病可完全缓解.临床医师应为每一例患者提供既有治疗效果,又无明显不良反应的个体化治疗方案.本文结合近年来的临床研究进展,就几种主要风湿病的个体化治疗进行讨论.
