The paper reviews ethic committee＇s emerging and developing courses at home and abroad and its function expanding process. Then some important problems about organizing and functioning of ethic committee in hospital are discussed from angles of maneuverability in order to supply consultation and suggestion to popularization and development of ethic committee in hospital.
