摘要
作者参加由WHO资助美国西部伦理委员会为期6个月的伦理培训,通过相关法律法规的培训,来阐述美国受试者保护的政府组织和相关法规,美国西部伦理委员会的运作、管理、实施程序以及值得借鉴之处。
The author has attended WHO Ethical Training Program which is sponsored by Western Institutional Review Board for six months. During this training program, she has experienced three training phases： Regulatory training; As WIRB Board Member and Management Practice Training. Through these practicable training, the author would like to introduce the governmental organizations and regulations for Subjects protection in USA and the running model and implemental procedure of WIRB which is worthwhilel for us to learn.
