临床观摩实习对于医生的培养是极其重要的,但是在临床实习中却出现了医患关系紧张的现状,主要原因在于医患之间存在着沟通障碍。这一障碍是由医、患、社会等多方面原因造成的,根据这些原因做出相应的对策是可以缓解并解决这个问题的。

Observation learning during one＇s internship is of vital importance for a doctor＇s education. However there appears a tensional doctor - patient relationship in the clinical internship, which mainly stems from the obstacle of communication between doctors and patients. In addition, doctors, patients, society and some other factors are responsible for this obstacle, which could be relieved or even be resolved by the corresponding solutions.
