摘要
仅从伦理的视角,分析了当前农村医疗保障制度存在的伦理问题,剖析了产生这些问题的伦理原因,进而提出了农村医疗保障制度伦理建设的构想。
The rural medical insurance system which relates to farmers＇ survival and development closely has been one of todays popular topics in society. However, the condition of our rural medical insurance system is not as optimistic as expected. This article focuses on the ethical problems caused by the current medical insurance system in rural areas and their ethical origin, thus offering analyses respectively and putting forward to the concept of strengthening ethical development on rural medical insurance system.
