癫痫儿童的心理行为障碍与有效干预对策

Mental Behavior Disorder of Epileptic Children and Effective Interventive Countermeasure

随着医学模式由生物医学模式向生物-心理-社会模式的转化,儿童癫痫治疗及康复的目的不再局限于癫痫发作的控制和症状的缓解,而患者的心理健康和社会适应问题,正越来越受到人们的关注,本文论述了癫痫儿童常见的心理行为障碍,在此基础上,提出了提高癫痫儿童生活质量,矫治癫痫儿童常见的心理行为障碍的有效干预对策。

As medical model transformed from biomedical to bio - psycho - social medical model, the treatmennt of children suffered epilepsy and the aim of restoration are no longerlimited within the control of epileptic episodes and remission of symptoms. Patient＇s mental health and social adjustment problem are receiving more and more attentions. This paper addresses itself the common mental behavior disorder occurred in epileptic children and based on this proposes the effective interventive countermeasures toward how to enhance the quality of life and how to correct the common mental behavior disorder about epileptic children.
