摘要
为了保证多媒体业务在软切换过程中的QoS(Quality of Service)性能,在分析特殊移动的基础上,提出了动态优先级算法。根据信号强度变化率的幅度过滤需要刷新的请求,给出了一体化估算关系式,并添加了补偿因子,有效地识别了特殊移动情况,最终依靠优先级队列避免不必要的切换和调整不及时的切换。试验表明,该算法能降低系统资源浪费,使主要资源占用率降低7.9%。
In order to guarantee OoS (Quality of Service) feature for multimedia admission in soft hand off, a method for dynamic criticality which can leaches the soft handoff request depend on the popple of changing rate for signal power based on analysis special movement is given in this paper. Depend on the associated equation for estimating and the equation as compensatory factor it can leach special movement effectively even to avoids unnecessary handoff and adjusts untimely handoff through the criticality queue. The experiment shows that the algorithm can reduce the waste system resource and the resoure accupy rate is reduced by 7.9%.
