摘要 与一般基于内容的视频检索相比,新闻视频的管理和检索尤其特殊性,对于关键帧检索很难准确描述的动态信息内容特征。为此,提出基于静态内容特征和运动特征结合检索的方案。整个系统包括了特征提取、视频信息浏览、数据库生成、相似结果反馈等功能。实验表明,该系统依靠不同性质的特征,可以找出与查询要求接近的视频新闻或视频片断,是个有效的基于示例的视频新闻检索系统。 Compared with content-based video retrieval technology, news video retrieval is idiosyncratic. We put forward a set of scheme of news video retrieval, based on integrated static and motion content feature. The system includes feature abstraction, video browing, database constitution, similar result feedback, ect. Retrieval according to video example, the scheme can be used in the news video retrieval system to find out the similar video new or video scene efficiently.
