人民防空,是由城市目标防护和城市居民防护两部分组成。对警报的管理做到定人、定岗,实行专人负责,建立健全各项规章制度。给出系统在多用户环境下的解决方案。对系统所需人机交互界面的内容进行分析,完成各个窗体的具体设计工作。VB提供了大量的控件,可用于设计界面和实现各种功能,减少了编程人员的工作量,采用了与系统类型及前台开发工具相匹配的桌面数据库Access,并通过MicrosoftJet的多客户模型将它用于客户/服务器模式。

The control over alarm makes sure to fix people,determine a post.It is responsible for implementing the special messenger,what＇s more,it establishes and improves the system of every rule and it provides the solution under the environment of multi-user of the system.It can analyze the content of the man-machine interactive contact interface which the system needs and it completes the concrete design work of each window.VB provides lots of controls,which are used in designing the contact surface,realizing each kind of function and reducing programmers＇ workload.It adopts tabletop database Access which matches with the system type and the onstage development kit,and can be used in the client/server mode through the Microsoft Jet multi-clients model.
