ADM在上皮性卵巢癌组织中的表达及其临床意义 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨上皮性卵巢癌中肾上腺髓质素(adrenomedullin,ADM)蛋白的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学染色,光镜观察结果确定ADM在正常组织及良恶性上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织中的蛋白表达,应用SPSS13.0软件结合临床病理资料进行综合分析。结果正常组织及良恶性上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织中ADM皆有表达,ADM在卵巢癌组织中的阳性表达率(78.00%,39/50)明显高于正常卵巢组织(10.00%,1/10)及良性卵巢肿瘤组织20.00%(2/10),具有显著性差异(P<0.01);在正常组织和良性卵巢肿瘤组织中的表达无显著性差异(P>0.05)。ADM表达与病理分级、淋巴结转移及预后明显相关(P<0.05),而与年龄、临床分期、组织学类型无关(P>0.05)。结论ADM在卵巢癌组织中的表达明显高于正常组织及良性卵巢肿瘤组织,在卵巢癌的浸润和转移中发挥了重要作用,可作为判断卵巢癌恶性程度及评估不良预后的重要指标。 Objective To investigate the expression of adrenomedullin(ADM)protein in human Epithelial Ovarian Cancer and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of ADM were examined in epithelial ovarian cancer ,benign ovarian neoplasm and normal tissue controls by irnmunohistochemical staining. Then the relationship between the expression of ADM in human ovarian epithelial cancer and its clinical pathologic parameters was aggregate analyzed by SPSS13.0 software. Results The expression of ADM in epithelial ovarian cancer 78.0 % (39/50) was higher than that in normal ovarian tissue 10.0 % ( 1/10)and benign ovarian neoplasm 20.0 % (2/10), the difference was statistically significance(P 〈 0.01). The expression of ADM was correlated with histological differentiation, lymphnode Imetastasis and prognosis (P 〈 0.05), but not with age, clinical stage and histological types ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The expression of ADM in epithelial ovarian cancer was significantly higher than that in normal ovarian tissue and benign ovarian neoplasm,it play a key role in the progression and metastasis of epithelial ovarian cancer. The overexpre.ssion of ADM may serve as an useful marker for assessment of the biological behavior of epithelial ovarian cancer and may helpful for assessing the malignancy prognosis.
