The study of the social flows of China at present

社会转型和体制转轨为我国社会流动研究提供了厚实的研究背景。改革开放以来我国的社会流动研究取得了一定的进展,初步揭示了我国当前社会流动的一般状况与特点。同时,转型社会的特点以及中国社会学惯有的研究传统构成了社会流动研究的特定不足,在研究的理论建构、定量方法的应用、制度根源的揭示等方面还存在较大欠缺,未能充分回应转型社会发生的深刻变迁及其对社会学的要求。

Social reforming and the system switch have provided the thick research background for our country social flows research. Since reform and opening-up, our country＇s social flows research has made certain progress, and promulgated the general condition of our country＇s current social flows and the characteristics initially. At the same time, the reforming society＇ s characteristic as well as the research tradition of Chinese sociology constituted the specific insufficiency in the social flows research, some insufficient cies also exists in Constructs of theoretics, in the quota method application, and in the promulgstion of root of the society, and so on, and thas fail to fully respond to the deep changes of the reforming society and the requirement for sociology.
