摘要
对高等中医药教育的特点、任务与对策进行再认识,有利于更好地深化和发展高等中医药教育,提高人才培养质量。从3个方面作了分析研究,明确提出:现代高等中医药学科及教育的发展,应当坚持中医药学科的主体性,发挥现代多学科的互补性;应构建以中医药学科为主体,与现代多学科结合,科学的、可持续发展的现代高等中医药的教育体系、办学模式与人才培养模式;建立正确而科学的现代高等中医药教育的人才质量标准;切实解决好中医临床教学理论与实践、知识传授与能力训练的结合与统一问题;正确把握和处理好“全科”“通才”的广泛适应性与“专科”“专才”的专业专门性的关系。
A further understanding of characteristics, tasks and countermeasures may help better deepen and develop higher education of TCM and improve quality of professional training. Analysis and research are done from 3 aspects to make clear the following points: development of modem medical science and education should take Chinese medicine subjects as the main body and include other modem subjects as necessary complements; educational system, school-running mode and talent nurturing mode should be established by taking TCM subjects as the core combined with other modem subjects for scientific and sustainable development; correct and scientific quality criteria for professional evaluation of modem higher education of TCM should be set up; such problems as how to combine together clinical teaching of TCM theory and practice, knowledge imparting and ability training should be solved in a sound way; and the relationship between flexibility of general practitioners and technicality of specialists should be handled with care.
