摘要
〔目的〕研究建立测定烟火药剂中高氯酸盐含量的方法。〔方法〕烟火药剂洗去有机粘合剂后,用热水溶解使高氯酸盐从烟火药剂中还原分离,高温使高氯酸盐分解成氯化物,然后用银量法测定氯,进而得到高氯酸盐含量。〔结果〕试验表明,在700℃下分解,回收率在100.10%～102.40%。〔结论〕本方法测定准确,满足烟火药剂中高氯酸盐含量的测定要求。
A method for determination of perchlorates content in pyrotechnic compositions was established. The perchlorates were washed to be separated from the organic bond and the reducing agent in pyrotechnic composition by hot water. Then the concentrate with inclusion of perchlorates was decomposed at the high temperature and the perchlorates content were determined by the argentometric method. The recovery was 100.10%～102.40% at 700℃. The method is of good accuracy and can be used for the determination of perchlorates in pyrotechnic compositions.
