在用压力容器故障分析及其应对措施

FAULT ANALYSIS AND COUNTERMEASURES OF PRESSURE VESSELS IN SERVICE

笔者介绍了大型联合化工装置生产运行中,爆炸危险大的高温高压在用压力容器发生的事故及故障。例如换热器出现焦粉;法兰腐蚀泄漏;抽提塔自燃倒塌等对这些故障做出归纳性的分析,提出合理的应对措施,相信这些举措对保障压力容器生产的安全运行很有益处。

Accidents and failure of pressure vessels in service during the operation of large-scale chemical complex are introduced in this article. Inductive analysis are made against these failures, and corresponding countermeasures are put forward, which are beneficial to the safe operation of pressure vessels.
