摘要
工程监理公司在我国还是一个正在兴起的新型企业。企业型式、管理模式都还处于探索发展之中。笔者以多年提任工程监理公司经理的经验教训,对于如何创建工程监理公司从人才开发、市场开拓、深化项目管理等方面分析并提出了个人见解。
Project Supervision Company is a new type of organization which rose in China in the past 20 years. Its type and management mode is still on the way of exploration . The author gives some opinions and comments on talent development, opening up of market, deepening of project management and establishment of a project supervision company based on his rich experiences in project supervision.
