球罐支柱防火层选材的分析及建议

ANALYSIS AND SUGGESTIONS FOR THE FIRE-PROOFING OF SPHERICAL TANKS

石化装置输送的介质多为易燃易爆。为防患于未然,设计人员在设备支撑如球罐支柱的选材中,考虑涂覆防火层及设计防火结构。笔者叙述了所选防火涂料的防火机理,通过对锦西石化分公司球罐支柱几种防火结构的对比分析,就目前存在的问题提出几点建议。

Spherical tank stanchion is one of the important frames of spherical tank. It is used to support the main part of the spherical tank as well as the materials therein. As steel product, spherical tank stanchion has inevitable defects in fireproofing in practical applications . Its mechanical properties, such as yield point, anti - drag capability and modulus of elasticity, will drop rapidly as the temperature rises. This article describes the fireproofing mechanism of the fireproof coating. By analyzing and comparing several kinds of fireproofing frames in Jinxi Petrochemical Filiale, some advice are also given for the existent problems.
