摘要 针对平煤矿区存在的采空塌陷、水资源系统破坏、土地资源破坏,矿井水害、瓦斯突出与瓦斯爆炸、地热、环境等灾害,提出循环减灾的概念,并在平煤集团引入循环减灾的理念.结果表明,发展循环经济,实施绿色开采技术,实现矿井瓦斯资源化和矸石资源化是防止和减轻各种灾害,从根本上预防和减少矿难事故发生的关键,从而使平煤集团公司实现安全生产和可持续发展. There exist several hazards in Pingdingshan mining area, such as collapse induced by mining, damage of the system of water and land resources, water hazards, methane outburst and explosion, terrestrial heat, environment, and so on. In view of these situations, the theory of recycling disaster alleviation was put forward and used in Pingdingshan mining area. The results indicate that in order to avoid and minimize all kinds of hazards and eoalmine accidents, it is necessary to develop the recycling economy, to carry out the green mining technologies, and to make full use of methane as well as waste. By doing so, it can ensure the safe production and sustained development in Pingdingshan mining area.
