CPC pays much attention to construct the Party in thoughts from the beginning of her establishment, and this has become the excellent tradition of our Party. Under the new situation of reforming and opening up, CPC must be good at summing up the experiences of managing state affairs, improve the abilities in power hard and insist on basing on human beings in order to realize the holding power scientifically and lawfully.
