归纳得出一种更为简便快速的转换方法———算权法.具体方法是把各进制的位权值直接计算出来,然后将这些位权值分解式组合起来得到相应的互换值.文中给出相应的例子.

This paper developed a fast and simple way to achieve the conversion between different numeric system, which was called calculating power. The calculating power is the way to calculate the value of exch bit power directly and discrete or combine the value to get the auordingly value. There are some examples given in the paper.
