补肺化痰汤治疗非感染性肺炎临床观察

The Clinical Observation on Bufeihuatan Dectoction(补肺化痰汤) in Treating Non-Infectious Pneumonia

目的观察补肺化痰汤治疗非感染性肺炎的临床疗效。方法将61例非感染性肺炎患者随机分为治疗组33例与对照组28例,治疗组予补肺化痰汤,对照组予镇咳宁胶囊加盐酸溴己新片;分别治疗30d后观察咳嗽、痰液、胸闷痛、气紧、肺部口罗音和X片病灶的变化,据此评价疗效。结果治疗组临床症状、X片下肺部阴影吸收情况优于对照组,治疗期间未发现不良反应。结论补肺化痰汤治疗非感染性肺炎安全、有效。

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of Bufeihuatan Decoction(补肺化痰汤) in treating non- infectious pneumonia.Methods:63 patients were divided randomly into two groups.Patients in the treated group(n=33) were given Bufehuatan Decoction and those in the controlled group(n=28) were given Zhenkeling Capsule(镇咳灵胶囊) and bromhexin 30 days after the treatment,clinical effects such as cough,amount of sputum,chest pain,short breath,moist rales and changes of shadow on X- ray were observed. Results:Compared with those in the controlled group,the clinical symptoms in treated group were markly improved and shadows on X- ray of chest obsorded,there was a significantly difference.No adverse effect occurred during treatment.Conclusion:Bufeihuatan Decoction is safe and effective for the treatment of non- infectious pneumonia.
