辨证治疗抽动秽语综合症临床观察

A Clinical Study on Gilles de Tourette's Syndrome in Differentiation of Symptoms and Ssigns

目的:对58例抽动秽语综合症(GillesdeTourettessyndrome)进行临床分析,探讨其中医发病机制及辨证论治特点。方法:采用滋水涵木、育阴潜阳或调理脾肺、熄风化痰法对58例患儿依据临床症候分型辨证论治,并与泰比利治疗的57例做对照。结果:治疗组有效率与对照组比较无显著差异,但治疗组痊愈率、显效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗组副作用明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:抽动秽语综合症中药治疗疗程更短、疗效更持久,更具依从性、顺应性。

Objective： To discussion of traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesy and feature of determination of treatment based in pathogenesis obtained through differentiation of symptoms and signs by clinical analysis of 58 cases of Gilles de tourette＇s syndrome. Methods： 58 cases of Gilles de tourette＇s syndrome were typing by clinical syndrome and treated in mourishing liver yin to tonify renal yin, Results： effective power of treatment group wasn＇t different with that of control group with Taibili. Recovery rate and excellence rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group, side effect of treatment group was lower than than of control group. Conclusion： traditional Chinesse medication was duration curative effect and short coulse of treatment to Gille de tourette＇s syndrome.
