芪参胶囊的制备与质量控制

Preparation and Quality Control of Shenqi Capsules

目的：制备芪参胶囊并建立其质量控制方法。方法：用薄层色谱法对处方中的主药黄芪进行定性鉴别，采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射法测定主药黄芪中黄芪甲苷的含量。结果：薄层色谱定性备件适合，斑点清晰、集中，黄芪甲苷检测线性范围2．5-9．0μg（r=0．9996），平均回收率99．56％。结论：本制剂制备工艺可行，性质稳定，质量控制方法可靠。

Objective： To prepare Shenqi capsules and establish its quality standard. Methods： Milkvetch root was identified by thin layer chromatography in Shenqi Capsules. The content of Astragaloside was determined by HPLC- evaporation light scattering. Resuits： The spots were lampros. The linear range of Astragaloside was 2.5-9.0 μg, the average recovery was 99.56%. Conclusion： Shenqi capsules is feasible in preparation technique and reliable in quality control.
