摘要
讨论了基于STN液晶显示器定向层摩擦静电原理,从摩擦布表面静电累积、PI稀释剂、TOPCOAT、湿度、离子风机和软X光等方面对静电影响进行实验研究,并对结果进行了讨论,提出了控制摩擦工序静电的建议。
discuss and based on the principle of electrostatic in PI rubbing process, study the effects of static accumulation in the rubbing cloth pile, PI dilution solvent, topcoat, humidity, X -ray and ionized gun ,discuss the experimental results and give suggestions on electrostatic improvement.
