摘要 分析了低压减载(UVLS)改善暂态电压安全性的机理,提出UVLS参数优化整定中考虑暂态电压安全的分析方法与步骤,基于暂态电压安全裕度分析评估了电网暂态电压安全的薄弱区域。在分析UVLS参数对暂态电压安全裕度影响的基础上,进行UVLS参数优化整定,以详细模型时域仿真给出的母线电压的时间响应曲线为依据,按暂态电压安全裕度优化整定UVLS参数。 The mechanism of that the Under-voltage load shedding (UVLS)can improve the transient voltage security is analyzed. The method and steps of setting parameter for UVLS considering transient voltage security are put forward. Based on the margin of transient voltage security,this paper assesses the weakness of power system and the impact of UVLS parameter on transient voltage security. Then optimal UVLS parameter-setting considering transient voltage security margin is performed according to time-domain simulation with detailed system models.
