摘要
阐述了研究和开发变电站远程网络视频监控系统统一平台的背景及方向,介绍了集成防盗、消防系统等智能设备的变电站视频监控系统的基本原理、功能、系统结构,提出在江苏省电力系统范围内实施变电站远程视频监控统一平台的技术方案,并在江苏镇江供电公司推行与实施。
The paper describes the background and direction of R＆D of the united platform of substation remote video monitoring system and introduces the basic principles ,functions and system structures of the intelligent instruments such as integrated anti-theft, fire control instrument. It presents technology schemes of implementing the united platform of substation remote video monitoring system in the Jiangsu power system and initiating of it in Zhenjiang Power Supply Company.
