摘要
分析了目前压边力的研究现状,通过对方盒形件的有限元模拟分析,研究了恒定压边力法与固定压边间隙法2种压边方法,得出固定压边间隙法不仅有利于恒定压边力值的获得,而且在压边间隙合理的情况下,比恒定压边力控制更有利于方盒件的冲压成形和改善模具的受力。
The trends of present BHF research have been analyzed. With the FEM simulation of square cup, the means of constant BHF and fixed blankholder gap are studied. At last, got that under the reasonable blankholder gap, the control of fixed blankholder gap is propitious to not only gaining the constant BHF but also the sheet metal forming and improving foree distribution applied on the die.
