摘要
数控机床的热误差是最大的误差源,在热误差补偿技术应用过程中,误差模型的鲁棒性、准确性决定了热误差补偿的精度和有效性,因此建模方法至关重要。介绍了国内几种现行的数控车床热误差建模方法,对他们各自的优点及不足之处做了简要的讨论,最后对相关方面的研究做出展望。
The thermal error of NC machine tool is max error source. Under the application of thermal error compensation technology, the error model's robust and precision determine precision and validation of the thermal error compensation. So the modeling method is very important. Introduces several modeling method about thermal error of NC lathe, and their merits and deficiency are discussed. At last, expectation is put forward about the related.
