摘要
介绍了一种由三通阀和差动液压缸构成的液压仿形刀架控制系统,根据工作原理推导出了该系统的传递函数。以Matlab中的SIMULINK软件包为开发工具,将其应用于该系统的动态响应计算中,给出了动态仿真结果并判断了系统是否稳定的结论,为液压系统的仿真计算提供了一种更加通用、准确和快捷的方法。
Introduced a hydraulic profile modeling control system with three- way valve and differential hydro cylinder. Based on this system's working principle, a transfer function was deduced. Using SIMULINK software package- a tool for dynamic simulation in Matlab as the developing instrument (development tool), this study applied it to the calculation of dynamic response of this system and provided the dynamic simulation resuits and thus offered a more common, more accurate and swifter method for the simulation calculation of the hydraulic system.
