Application of New Jumbolter in Coal Mine

经过几年对锚杆钻机的跟踪研究,发现锚杆钻机在围岩作业中常遇到软岩中有硬岩夹层的现象,造成施工过程经常更换钻具的问题。在对旋转冲击钻孔破岩机理进行分析的基础上,以气动凿岩机为基础,对其机身和机头部分进行研制,并对旋转一冲击式锚杆钻机结构原理和特点作了论述。简单论述了新型锚杆钻机—旋转-冲击式钻机在各个煤矿的应用情况。

After several years to jumbolter research, the hard rocks always present in the soft ones in the wall rock procedure using jumbolter, which results in changing the boring tool during the procedure. After analysis the circumgyrating- impinging drilling mechanism, on the basis of airoperated drill, the head and body of it was ameliorated. And the unit construction principle and the advantage of circumgyrating - impinging jumbolter are discussed.
