结合自动铝带绕片机控制所涉及的问题,采用西门子S7-200PLC和变频调速技术实现了对液压系统、电控系统的可靠控制和翅片管螺距的无级调整,并在控制系统中引入PID控制技术。介绍了该控制系统的硬件组成、工作原理、运行方式和软件设计方法。

The problem involved in the aluminous- winding machine is combined. Adopting SIEMENS S7 - 200 PLC and frequency control technology to realize the hydraulic pressure system, electric control system credibly and achieve the stepless adjusting of the tube pitch and introducing the PID control technology in the control system. And also introduced the hardware composes principle of operation, mode of operation and software design approach.
