摘要
在煤炭加工行业中,针对潮湿粘性细粒原煤深度筛分(6 mm)中出现的筛孔堵塞、筛分效率低下等世界性技术难题,提出了根本的解决方案,提供了一种新型的筛分机械:低频率、高振幅、大振动方向角、分节振动和等厚筛分的大型直线振动筛-大振幅节肢筛。详细讲述了其结构组成、工作原理以及技术特性。从实践和理论上论证了该类筛机在生产能力、筛分效率等各项性能指标均明显优于普通振动筛分机械。
In the coal - processing industry, pointing to the screen blinding, low screening efficiency etc. cosmopolitan technical problems arisen in the process of precisely screening the moist glutinous fines of the raw coal (6 mm), proposes an essential solution, and provides a new kind of the screening machine: Low frequency, large amplitude, large vibrating direction angle, sectional vibration, even- depth screening, large line vibration screen, large amplitude arthropod screen. Detailedly introduces its structure, working principle and technical characteristics. From the theory and practice two aspects it demonstrates the machine's performance index, such as, production capacity, screening efficiency, and so on, which are obviously preferable than the ones of the common vibrating screen machine.
