无键联接技术及其在滚筒中的应用

No-bolt Join Technology and Application in Roller

摘要 在滚筒中采用无键联接技术能降低应力集中,提高疲劳强度。以等距型面无键联接基本原理为基础,推导出了加工等距型面孔的插刀刀刃曲线方程;利用计算机模拟仿真技术描述了等距型面孔的加工过程,并对其运用进行了性能测试。 Using no- bolt join in roller can largely reduce the concentration of stress, and evidently increase the fatigue intensity of the hub. The equation of the curve of the slotting tool for machining the hole of the isometric profile cylinder (IPC) is developed based on the analyzing the principle of no- bolt join. Furthermore, the IPC machining progress is analyzed, and the envelope process of the edge of the slotting tool machining the hole of the IPC is depicted based on the computer simulation. The performance of the roller with no - bolt join is tested. The testing results show, the manufacture technics and using performance of the roller with no - bolt join are gained largely improved.
