摘要
借鉴美国波音公司先进质量体系和美国通用电器公司六西格玛管理的成功经验,建立了我国某航空工业企业的质量管理模式,并将该管理模式应用于该企业波音737-700垂尾的质量改进.实践表明,该质量管理模式的应用改进和完善了现有质量管理体系,同时提高了产品质量、增加了公司效益.
Based on the successful experiences of the Advanced Quality System developed by the Boeing Company and the Six Sigma by the GE Company, a new Quality Management Model suitable for an Aviation Industry Company is established. This Model has improved the current Quality Management System. Besides, the practical use of this Quality Management Model to the quality improvement of Boeing 737-700 Vertical Fin Program has demonstrated that this system has improved the quality of the oroduct and increased the profit of the Company.
