摘要
本文以2004年12月20日~22日山西省大范围自南向北的强降雪天气过程的分析为基础,结合预报员的实践经验,着重从多普勒天气雷达资料产品的演变特征中对比分析出此次降雪的成因。分析表明,较大降雪回波与连续性降水回波有许多类似的特点,但也有许多不同之处,对其所获取的降水区中的回波强度(r)、径向速度(V)和速度方位显示风廓线(VW P)等产品进行了仔细的对比分析,从而达到提高多普勒天气雷达资料分析、运用能力的作用,可在灾害性天气监测和重大预报服务中取得很好的效果。
By using the Doppler radar data and the experience of the forecaster, the causes of the heavy snowfall happened on 20th to 22th December 2004 over Shanxi province is analyzed. It indicates the echo of the snowfall shares many similarities with that of the rainfall, however there are many differences. The echo strength (r), radial velocity (V) and velocity azimuth display wind profile (VWP) in the precipitation area are analyzed and compared carefully. Therefore the applied capability of Doppler radar data is improved and the data application makes good effect on the monitoring of disastrous weather and prediction.
