长碳链环氧树脂的特性及其固化反应行为的研究

摘要 比较了4种由油脂合成的C22DGE、C22TGE、C21DGE、C36DGE可挠性环氧树脂的性能,通过TG-DSC分析,对可挠性环氧树脂固化体系的反应活化能及反应热焓进行了研究,探讨了固化产物的耐热性及机械性能与结构的关系。结果表明:长碳链环氧树脂固化反应为一相当复杂的放热反应,C22TGE/THPA、C22DGE/THPA、C21DGE/THPA、C36DGE/THPA热焓分别为173.35、131.83、155.671、02.46 J/g,体系表观活化能分别为79.4、56.99、91.30、70.90 kJ/mol。长碳链环氧树脂/酸酐固化产物的耐热性均不如双酚A缩水甘油醚型环氧树脂,但耐冲击性及柔韧性均优于E-51;长碳链环氧树脂适合于对柔韧性及粘度有特殊要求的场合使用,但不适合应用于对温度要求特别高的设施。 The properties of four kinds of flexible epoxy resins C22 DGE,C22 TGE,C21 DOE.C36 DGE were compared with each other. By TG-DSC, the active energy and enthalpy of curing reaction of flexible epoxy resin were further researched. The relationship between heat-resistance and mechanical properties of cured products of flexible epoxy resins and their structures were studied. It was found that the curing reaction of flexible epoxy resins with anhydride was particularly complex and heat-generating,the enthalpy of C22 TGE/THPA,C22 DGE/THPA, C21DGE/THPA, Ca6 DGE/THPA were 173.35,131.83,155.67,102.46 J/g and the active energy of curing systems were 79.4, 56. 99,91.30,70. 90 kJ/mol, respectively. The curing products of longchain epoxy resins with anhydride had a superior impact-resistance and flexibility to bisphenol A epoxy resins,but junior heatresistance to bisphenol A epoxy resins. The flexible epoxy resins could be applied in the flexible conditions, but not including on the condition of high temperature.
