引水隧洞工程的环境问题分析

Analysis on Environment Problem of Water Diversion Tunnel Project

文中通过对山西省万家寨引黄入晋工程南干7号隧洞石碣上至头马营隧洞施工后所产生的环境水文地质问题的分析,指出在经济建设与资源、环境的矛盾日趋严重的今天,降低工程对环境的影响,协调好水资源与环境同社会经济可持续发展的关系,将是摆在水电工程建设者面前的一项长期而严峻任务。

Through the analysis on the environment hydrogeology problem formed by the constructed tunnel from Shijieshang to Toumaying in NO.7 of YRDP, this paper indicates that at present, the contradiction between economy construction, resources and environment is severe increasingly. Therofore, a longterm and severe task that faces our hydraulic constructor is to decrease the influence of project on environment and to coordinate the relationship between water resources, environment and sustainable development of society economy.
