It introduces the settlement method of reliability＇s confidence interval under the common circumstances as unknowing the normal distributed strength parameter, unknowing the normal distributed stress and strength parameter, considering synchronously four random variables, and adopting reliability index β as normal distribution, in order to achieve the target of supplying and perfecting the reliability theory in the abstract.
