摘要
利用管理学的激励理论,针对高校实验技术人员的工作性质,为提高实验技术人员的工作积极性,进而提高教学质量,对建立其激励机制的有关影响因素进行了讨论。
Based on the incentive theory in management and university lab technicians' work, this paper discusses the factors that affect the incentive system in order to increase the enthusiasm of lab technicians and improve the quality of teaching.
