国内护理学硕士研究生教育的现状分析

Analysis of the Status Quo of Education for Master’s Degree Candidates of Nursing in China

从发展历史与规模、生源与招考方式、培养目标、研究方向与课程设置以及考评体系5个方面，综述了我国护理学硕士研究生教育的现状。认为目前主要存在学科定位不清、培养目标单一、课程设置缺乏针对性、课题和研究经费困难和师资缺乏等问题，并针对以上问题提出若干建议。

This paper discussed the present situation of education for master＇s degree candidates of nursing in China from five aspects, i.e., development and scale, .source of students and examination system, the educational objective, research orientation and curricular arrangement, and the assessment system. Problems to be resolved are as follows： the unclear disciplinary orientation, single educational objective, curricular arrangement lacking in specificity, insufficient projects and research funds, and insufficient teachers. Suggestions for .solving the problems are proposed.
