目前，我国已成为国际学生流动的重要目标国家之一，对留学生实施纯英文教学，还是用中文教学，是一个有较大争议的问题，也许其折中方案是双语教学。鉴于此，本文对留学生双语教学的可行性和实施方案进行了探讨。

Now, China has become one of the target countries for international students studying in. It is a controversial issue whether to teach them in English or Chinese, and bilingual teaching may .serve as a compromise. This paper probes into the feasibility and implementation plan of bilingual teaching for foreign students.
