摘要
针对病理专科进修生水平参差不齐的现状,因材施教,在职业道德教育、理论知识学习、技能素质培养、科研意识开发和自学能力锻炼等方面实施个性化教学,明显提高了教学质量,得到进修生的肯定和赞许。
In eonsideration of different levels of pathology trainees, individualized teaching was applied to professional ethics education, and teaching of theoretical knowledge and professional skills, developing the awareness of doing research, and self-study. It has improved the teaching quality remarkably and obtained positive comments from the trainees.
