Teaching and Cultivating of Refresher Doctors of Neurosurgery

结合多年神经外科进修医生的带教经验和体会，认为在神经外科进修医生的教学和培养过程中应重视以下几个方面的工作：①注重培养良好的医德医风；②加强专业基本理论知识的学习；③提高专科临床诊疗操作技能；④训练科学的临床逻辑思维能力；⑤规范医疗电子病历的书写；⑥维系和谐的医疗人际关系。

Based on years＇ experience in teaching refresher doctors of neurosurgery, we think that attention should be paid to issues in teaching and cultivating of them as follows： emphasizing the culturing of good medical ethics and medical style, strengthening learning of professional basic theory and knowledge, improving specialized operating skills of clinical diagnosis and treatment, training scientific clinical thinking, standardizing the writing of electronic case history, and maintaining harmonious relations among medical personnel.
