两种术式治疗陈旧性肛裂疗效比较

Comparison of Therapeutic Effects of Two Procedures for Chronic Anal Fissure

为比较两种手术方法治疗陈旧性肛裂的效果，将180例陈旧性肛裂随机分为后位内括约肌下缘切断组（A组）和盲视下侧位内括约肌下缘切断组（B组），观察两组疗效及并发症。结果显示，两组均治愈，B组较A组愈合快，并发症少，对肛门括约功能影响小。A组则治疗彻底，远期疗效好，复发少。结果表明，对陈旧性肛裂的术式选择应根据患者的具体情况权衡而定。

This study made the comparison of therapentic effects of two procedures for chronic anal fissure,the 180 cases were random divided into A and B groups. The patients of A group were subjected to the incision for lower edge of posterior internal sphincter; The patients of B group to non-visual incision for lower edge of lateral internal sphincter. Then the therapeutic effects and complications in both groups were observed. Results showed that the patients of both groups were all cured：but B group had shorter healing time, less complications and less influence on the function of anal sphincter,while A group obtained thorought cure, better long-term effects,and less recurrence rate. These suggest that choice of procedure for chronic anal fissure should be determined according to certain conditions of patients.
